The Vishakha archetype of the Midnight Mass
Notes on this Vishakha archetype portrayed by Vishakha native Hamish Linklater. Spoiler alert . Brihaspati, ruler of Jupiter is literally a priest and Jupiter expands by sharing knowledge. Note that knowledge is that thing which multiplies when shared & Jupiter ruled Vishakha grows by splitting. ViSHAKha is the SHOCK that causes to split and grow. That splitting shows Vishakha natives’ tendency to split personalities, the “good” vs the “bad”. Pruitt is a great representation of that Vishakha “split” as he embodies both the desire for enlightenment and the descent into darkness; on the one hand he genuinely wants to do good and guide the people towards Heaven and eternal life through consumption of “Amrita” (both Indra themes) and on the other hand he turns into a blood drinking creature who ends up bringing ruin to the very people he wishes to save.
